In my personal training sessions, I help groups or individuals to work towards their health and fitness goals. I believe that exercise should be not only effective, but also enjoyable. 

If your goal is to lose weight, tone up, strengthen your muscles or improve your fitness, my personal training sessions can help you. I create specifically tailored programmes to suit your body, ability and goals, whether you have never stepped inside a gym before, are a keen athlete or are somewhere between the two.

If you are looking for motivation and accountability to help you on your fitness journey, personal training is perfect for you. When we work together, I help you to set fitness goals that push you to train hard but are realistic and achievable.

You won’t feel intimidated at the gym anymore because I will teach you proper form and technique for performing various exercises as well as how to correctly use equipment to avoid injuries.
